Description: This excerpt is from the original property register of the Methodist Church. It shows the history of the plot of land that the Church purchased for what was then the Japanese Methodist Mission at 500 Powell Street. Subsequent related activity is noted in the margin and signed by Dr. S.S. Osterhout, Superintendent of "Oriental Missions" (as it was then known).
