Content relates to the beginnings of the English-speaking congregation (as independent from the Japanese-speaking congregation); congregational activities; active members; and Grace Namba's influence.

Curatorial Note:

Rev. Kenneth Moy was ordained as a United Church minister by BC Conference in 1964. He served several congregation in British Columbia, including Quesnel, Hammond, and Wilson Heights (Vancouver). While at Hammond, he also served as the first minister for the Vancouver Japanese United Church English-speaking congregation, 1969 - 1971. Rev. Moy moved to Toronto in 1987.
