Curatorial Note:
Woman's Missionary Society reports from the early 1920s indicate that WMS workers traveled from Vancouver to Sapperton (New Westminster, BC) and Fraser Mills (Coquitlam, BC) to teach Japanese-Canadian women how to cook in the British-Canadian style. This photograph shows that they also gave cooking classes at Steveston (Richmond, BC)
