Description: Descriptions of the Nisei Fellowship Group that flourished in Vancouver during the 1950s, and the origins of the English-speaking congregation, prior to its official status as a congregation in 1969.
Curatorial Note:
The Kyogikai Newsletter was produced for the Japanese United Churches across Canada. Dr. Kathy Yamashita of Lethbridge served as the general editor. The Kyogikai was the national conference of the Japanese United Church, and was discontinued in the mid-2010s.
